It’s located on the third floor in a building with an elevator. With its 35 square meters of space it is functionally furnished, with a king size bed, a fold out couch, a fully equipped kitchen with a mini bar, air conditioning, LCD TV, ADSL internet and stereo. A full room making service (change of sheets and towls) is arranged every third day. Near the apartment is a public garage. The particularity of the apartmant is that it is located in the town center and at the same time its position in the passageway allows a wonderful holiday. The price of an apartment per day for 1 to 2 persons is 50e. 10e must be paid additionally for a third person. For longer stays the price is negotiable.
